First-solo season

Five students ahead of the cycle this term. A note on what stable winds do to a training program.

Late April through May is the most consistent flying weather Perth gets all year. Stable easterlies, clear mornings, lift dropping off at four. We schedule first-solo blocks around it. This term, five students went solo ahead of the curriculum's expected hour count. None of them were the ones we predicted.
