The boring kind. The kind that works.
Aviation safety is a system, not a slogan. We operate to the standards CASA sets for our certificate, and we lean conservative on the items where we're allowed discretion.
The full safety policy and Safety Management System (SMS) summary will be published here once the operator-approved version is finalised. Until then, this page exists so the question "where's their safety policy?" has a real answer that isn't a 404.
Maintenance
100-hourly inspections by a CASA Part 145 organisation. No deferred unserviceabilities flown except where explicitly permitted by the MEL.
Weather
We cancel for weather more often than we'd like. The fact that you'll experience this at some point is itself a safety signal.
Currency
Instructors maintain currency on type and ratings continuously. We don't dispatch instructors who are out of currency.
Reporting
A non-punitive reporting culture. Things that worry us in flight get written down and reviewed monthly.
